Yukio Ando (Chairman and Representative Director) establishes the company in Kita-ku, Nagoya City, for the purpose of manufacturing and wholesaling women's ready-to-wear clothing.

July 1979

The company relocates to a new building in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya.

Began manufacturing in Hong Kong, Thailand and Korea.

March 1987

The distribution center was opened as “FB Distribution Center” in Komohara-cho, Nishi-ku, Nagoya City.

May　1988

Began production in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, and Nantong.

Moved to a new building at Torii-dori, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya.

April 1994

Jilin Huishun Garment Co., Ltd. is established as a joint venture in Dehui, Jilin Province, China.

Jilin Changyuan Garment Co., Ltd. is established as a joint venture in Changchun, Jilin Province, China.
